This application represents a venture outside the company's usual scope, with its core objective being the creation of a dermatological skin analysis tool for use in medical aesthetic clinics. It necessitates seamless integration with advanced diagnostic equipment, designed to meticulously scan and evaluate customers' skin health. This sophisticated analysis allows clients to be matched with the most appropriate skincare treatments or minor surgical interventions, tailored specifically to their unique skin conditions. The project underscores our commitment to leveraging technology to enhance patient care and treatment precision in the realm of dermatology and aesthetics.

Problem Statment

The challenge in this project lies in creating a dermatological skin analysis application that meets the specific requirements of medical aesthetic clinic doctors. Initial discussions revealed the need for a tool that is both technically compatible with specialized equipment and user-friendly for professionals. Despite developing a preliminary design and undergoing simulated testing with doctors, the iterative feedback process highlights the complexity of aligning the application's functionality with clinicians' needs. This problem statement focuses on the need for a refined, collaborative approach to design an application that effectively supports dermatological assessments and treatments.

Design

We utilized the company's signature deep blue, softened with gray and white, to create a visually appealing yet balanced interface. By applying gradients, we enhanced the texture without overwhelming users. To accommodate the display of detailed scan results, we simplified the layout, dedicating more space to essential features.
After experimenting with various designs, we chose a left-to-right layout that aligns with doctors' workflow, reducing accidental selections and improving navigation efficiency. Block elements were implemented for quick content access. Additionally, we incorporated a feature to generate printable forms directly from the app, allowing for easy distribution of physical test results to patients.
